Let me take you today to a short trip to London. Oh, you don’t need an umbrella cause we’re a going to Hally’s Cafe, a Californian-inspired hangout in Parsons Green. A lovely sunshine place with fresh and bright decor and homey, relaxing atmosphere.

Here’s the short story of the place: inspired by a road trip in California, Anna and her husband Philip decided to open a cafe and deli where to serve simple and innovative food in a friendly environment. After acquiring the lease of a derelict cocktail bar, they completely restored the place and designed it like a Californian beach house.

Thanks to the great job of Alexander Waterworth Interiors team, the interior of Hally’s cafe is just stunning! I’m really in love with the yellow industrial bar stools which perfectly contrast the gorgeous rustic bar and white brick walls. I like the reclaimed wood floors, the beautiful pastel dipped chairs and all these small and lovely details that make the place so warm and welcoming.

The best part is that Hally’s cafe serves delicious Californian-inspired food using organic and ethical produce as much as possible. Together with their chef, Anna and Philip try to find the best suppliers to provide high quality farm-to-table produce.
