I don’t know how you guys start your day but I’m sure that everyone has his own morning routine. Mine is simple. I always start my day with a super tasty energizing smoothie! The perfect way to have a quick and healthy breakfast and to detox your body.
You might ask where’s the coffee? Well, once coffee was a huge part of my life. I loved it so much because of its insanely good smell. In fact, I thought that I could’n wake up without a cup of yummy coffee. But when a few years ago I decided to start eating healthy, I replaced my morning coffee routine with a boosting smoothie routine… And, believe me it feels much better : )
There are so many amazing fruit and vegetable smoothie recipes. You only need a blender, a little imagination and LOVE of course. Today I want to inspire you with this yummy Kiwi, apple and banana smoothie with chia seeds and maca powder. It tastes so good and it will certainly give you a fresh start of the day : )
Here’s what you need for this quick energizing fruit breakfast:
Ingredients for Kiwi, apple and banana smoothie:
1 ripe kiwifruit, peeled
1 apple, roughly chopped
1 ripe banana, roughly chopped
5-6 dates (stones removed and roughly chopped)
1 and a 1/2 cups water
2 tsp. chia seeds, soaked
1 tsp. maca powder for an energy boost
Instructions for Kiwi, apple and banana smoothie:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses or jars, serve and drink with LOVE : )
