Hello guys! I hope you all had a great weekend! Here’s my Monday inspiration for you – a healthy, easy to make and super tasty Bananablueberry smoothie. I’m happy that my freezer has plenty of homegrown blueberries, picked from grandma’s garden last summer. They are perfect for smoothies (or pancakes toppings) and we all just love them at home.

Easy and healthy breakfast: Banana-blueberry smoothie | My Cosy Retreat
Ingredients for Banana-blueberry smoothie:
1 cup frozen (or fresh) blueberries
1 ripe banana, roughly chopped
1 and a 1/2 cup rice milk (or almond, oat, soy milk)
2 tsp. chia seeds, soaked
agave nectar or maple syrup to taste

Instructions for Banana-blueberry smoothie:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve and drink with smile : )
