A dreamy lake boat house in Norway

A dreamy lake boat house in Norway | My Cosy Retreat

Happy Spring, loves : ) I’m so happy this beautiful season is finally here. Thankfully, after the long and freezing cold winter (wow, it was really cold!), we are blessed with a wonderful spring weather. And I’ve already started to look for some lovely summer home decor inspirations and splendid outdoor retreats… So, I can’t wait to inspire you with this dreamy lake boat house in Norway. It captured my heart long ago and it’s time to share it with you : )

The happy owners Gunn and Finn turned their lake boat house into a lovely summer escape. The place looks small and cosy, yet filled with plenty of natural light. The beautiful Scandinavian rustic decor creates such a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The highlight is for sure the stunning view over the lake… I wouldn’t mind relaxing here with a good book or enjoying romantic summer lunches and dinners with my family. Sounds like pure happiness : )

Are you already dreaming of this beautiful and relaxing lake boat house in Norway? Isn’t it the perfect summer hideaway from city madness?

This romantic boat house on Rügen Island, Germany is another lovely inspiration for you. Strandwood House is a charming cottage with a simple and beautiful design. The decor is inspired by the traditional boat house, once used to store ships and fishing gear. The good news is that you can rent this lovely boat house for your summer holiday. Let’s take a peek.

More beautiful interior and home decor ideas are on my Facebook page and Pinterest. Thank you so much for following me there : )

Happy Spring, dear friends!
