Hello, lovelies! Today I’ll share with you one of my all time favorite appetizers: Mushroom bruschetta with green garlic and fresh parsley. The perfect quick and easy-to-prepare snack when you have unexpected guests at home. It’s so simple and delicious!
Ingredients for Mushroom bruschetta with green garlic and fresh parsley:
1 small baguette, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. organic coconut oil
2 cups mushrooms, chopped
7-8 stalks green garlic, chopped
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions for Mushroom bruschetta with green garlic and fresh parsley:
In a large saucepan heat the coconut oil over medium-high heat and saute the green garlic for 1 minute. Remove the green garlic from pan. Add the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and cook for about 4-5 minutes. Return the green garlic to pan and add the finely chopped parsley.
Meanwhile toast the bread in the oven. Top the bread slices with mushroom mixture and arrange them in a plate. Your quick and simple mushroom appetizers are ready to impress family and friends! Enjoy : )
