Hello, lovelies! As you already know me, I’m a huge picnic lover. I just adore organizing outdoor picnics for my loved ones, no matter what season we are in. And happily it’s S-U-M-M-E-R, the loveliest season of the year! : ) Since the kiddos and I are in my hometown by the sea, I decided to set up a beautiful summer beach picnic for them. So, yesterday we had such a magical and serene outdoor family gathering. We had the chance to say goodbye to the sun and welcome one of the most romantic summer evenings at the beach : )
For our lovely beach picnic I prepared some light and super simple summer appetizers. Since we have tons of amazingly tasty homegrown tomatoes, I surprised my little tribe with vegan tomato bruschetta, topped with tofu and fresh basil leaves and raw red and green stuffed peppers, filled with avocado, tomatoes, red onion and cucumbers. Simple and incredibly delicious! We had some super sweet melon too. Most of these insanely tasty summer veggies were freshly picked form my grandma’s vegetable garden. She is 87 years old and she still grows the most fruitful and delicious veggies I’ve ever tasted in my life. Amazing, right? : )

Although, I couldn’t light up all the candles because of the wind, we were blessed with such a romantic summer beach picnic.
I really hope these photos brought you some beautiful summer inspiration! If you are a huge picnic lover as much as I am, check out our wonderful Sunday backyard picnic that we had in the beginning of July and the fabulous Sunday autumn picnic from last autumn.
